Delmar Group principals and founder investors of Grupo Sunset in Cancun, had been associates in several projects in that area.
Recently an extraordinary effort took place to duplicate the lodging capacity of the Group. By building and acquiring several properties, Hacienda Tres Rios being the most important, the Sunset Group has more than 1,000 units in the hotel and time share business.
The financial structures designed and executed to achieve such goals were designed by VP Project Director and Delmar CEO. New projects are being designed.

Delmar Group has been looking for 4 and 5 star resort hotels to purchase. They should be sutiable for all inclusive service. Main areas are Cancun, Riviera Maya and Vallarta.
