Delmar Group Global and subsidiary companies, was formed in the 80īs. Hector R. Delgado as CEO of the Group and his professional associates were, among other, founders of Fonatur. This is the Mexican Federal Government entity in charge of developing Master Planned Cities, such as Cancun, Ixtapa, Los Cabos, Loreto and Huatulco.
